k the words keep disappearing as usual.. so just use ur mouse to select everything and read.. anyway so tuesday evening was the lil india trip.. the weather was being EXTREMELY uncooperative and twas raining like mad.. luckily their previous lecture ended late and the rain had more or less stopped by then.. we went to gokul restaurant for dinner (not one of my favourites.. food was only ok.. in my opinion).. company was great.. lots of fun! i'll put up a pic of my table but the rest are on http://arkans.myphotoalbum.com (soon)

we had to walk from lil india station to farrer park to go to perumal kovil and that TOTALLY tired all of them.. poor peeps had been on their feet since morning so i dunno if all the details about the temple went in.. but anyway it was fun.. i got to know some of them better.. and we exchanged email adds and everything.. really nice people! v friendly and loda loda :) so i was also loda loda and happily talking.. the next time i met them was yday.. at the closing dinner which i was actually not supposed to go to coz of paatu class.. and i was rushing thru my term paper like mad so i ended up skipping paatu class and managed to go for the closing dinner cum talk by colin goh, the founder of talkingcock.com.. the lecture was hilarious! and they brought up some v good issues.. food was bleh and the only veg things there were rice n mushroom soup.. but i had skipped lunch (for the first time :-O in my life) and i still had amma's pulao.. so i ate that for dinner and stomach was saved.. after that, we took a group photo of everyone involved in HCAP.. i think i'll just use picasa to put up the pics..

after that, the plan was to go to chijmes and i was thinking NO WAY.. but it was only 8.45 and i still hadn't really mingled with them.. so i thought, why not and anyway it's closer to home! so i went with the lot and was yakking and taking loads of photos.. and i also saw chijmes for the first time.. it's really nice.. left around 10.30pm.. with a coupla teetotallers who decided to go to mustafa for shopping.. and that was the end of HCAP.. i loved it! i really hope there are more of these things..

one more thing i learnt about myself.. the information i know about stuff is seriously not enough! it's no point knowing a little about lots of things.. it's better to know in-depth stuff about less things.. that's something i learnt about these harvard pple.. they were so worldly about everything.. and their questions sounded genuinely interested.. not asking stuff for the sake of it.. and i felt v inspired by them! as i was telling neela, i can just feel myself maturing.. :) and i love it! taking things as they come :)

right now, i'm in a total slack mood.. but i've got EP presentation on monday so i'd better go n start the powerpoint stuff.. and there's paatu rehearsal for rama navami later.. and tmrw i'm gg for badminton for the first time with the G12 kids! only coz i've been depriving myself of all pleasures so far.. so seeya.. i'll put up more pics using picasa! byeeeeeeeee
