ok. i guess one night @ the call centre actually got me thinking.. since i was so free on the bus after that. i've never really asked myself what i really WANT and what to do to achieve it. it's something appa's been telling me for GOD knows how long. but i think after reading the book, i actually felt the gears move inside the characters' heads when they thought about and vocalised what they wanted. i won't go too much into the story coz i don't like spoilers myself. but just some food for thought i guess. i should really think about it.

anyway, talking about food.. at dinner today, teenu was boasting about his 2.4 km run. so he was like "actually i was 8th. but suddenly these 3 guys behind overtook me. and i said 'ehhh wait for me lahh' but they just sprant." and yday at lunch, we were talking about how marina bay is the only station on the south (don't ask me why we discuss these things! but i think i brought it up this time :p). so anyway, we asked him to name a few places there. and he was thinking for ages so amma said "MC" (for marina centre). so he says marina ummmm.. and amma said "it's kinda related to geometry". so he said "compass" (marina compass?) and then we're like "okkk.. what's the most impt thing u have when drawing with a compass?" and that nut says pencil. has anyone heard of a place called marina pencil? i give up. and he wants to become a lawyer. sigh.

i will go and bang my head against the wall now. and then i will reflect on my goals in life.
